MACH 5 TOWING - 
On the morning of Tuesday, February 4, 2014, Mia Shelene Payne Valentine-Dey looked outside and found her private personal property/conveyance (ie: Burgundy/Prime 1992 Dodge Dakota LE Magnum V8)  had been unlawfully stolen/towed/removed from the front of her home. She in turn contacted MACH 5 TOWING and spoke with a "Bill" (who would not give his last name) at 7:07am in the search for her property. During said conversation "Bill" confirmed that her conveyance had been towed between 12-5a claiming "due to not having a parking permit". However, she's been housing/parking in the same location for nearly 5 years without incident. Thereafter, seeking to file a police report with the CHARLES COUNTY (MARYLAND) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT at 12:09p she spoke with an Agent [Badge #1667], it was then Ms. Payne Valentine-Dey found that because her property [had not been stolen but] towed by MACH 5 TOWING per authorization of the SOUTH HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION claiming it was due to there being no visible parking permit, it was a civil matter, and any concerns must be addressed directly with MACH 5 TOWING and the SOUTH HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. No official report was taken, however conversation was noted and recorded.

Due to the unlawful occurrences aforementioned, Mia Payne Valentine-Dey then (prior to immediately filing a federal lawsuit without allotting opportunity to remedy) forwarded the following lawful Affidavits:
1. Affidavit of Fact-Demand Letter - MACH5-MSPVD-1
2. Avernment of Jurisdiction/Quo Warranto - MACH5-MSPVD-1(a)

On February 18, 2014, the above affidavits of fact were returned claiming there was no one in said establishment by the name of Sherry Lee Archer [Principal on Public Record]. The same Affidavit of Fact was resent via United States Postal Service Certified Mail date February 19, 2014 with the following cover which as of March 10, 2014 have not been rebutted:

FIRST EQUITY - 
On or about September 6, 2013, Mansur Valentine-Dey received a presentment regarding an (Alleged) debt to FIRST EQUITY CARD CORPORATION via PINNACLE CREDIT SERVICES, LLC. from NORTHLAND GROUP, INC. In response to the aforementioned, an Affidavit of Fact - Writ in the Nature of Request, Discovery, and Disclosure of Information was forwarded to them. To date there has been NO response to said Writ, and they are now lawfully in Default of their obligation to do so.
